Get involved in your school community – share your time and school, meet people and be part of the great learning that happens at school.

There are plenty of opportunities for parents and carers to be involved in our school.

School Council

Our School Council represents parent and carer community, and supports the Principal to provide the best possible educational and wellbeing outcomes for students. Consider joining our council as a parent member.

Parent class representatives

Each class has a nominated parent/carer who has agreed to volunteer some time to communicate with families to help you stay up-to-date with what is happening at school and assist new families joining our school community.

Working bees

Each term families get together to help maintain our extensive grounds. Our working bees are great fun, help keep down our maintenance costs, and are a great opportunity to come together as a school community.

Listening to students read and classroom support

Have you thought about being a supporter of reading? The one-to-one experience of reading with an adult is incredibly valuable for children and all of our classrooms would welcome your assistance.

Volunteering at events, activities and excursions

You can also get involved in activities held by the school, from sports carnivals and excursions, to our numerous fundraising activities. All volunteers must be fully vaccinated and must have a Working with Children Check which can be obtained at no cost. You can apply online here.
