Summer Mango Drive

Mango orders are now closed. Thank you to everyone who ordered!

We expect delivery the week commencing December 4th.

Forget lamingtons, the Winters Flat Primary School mango fundraiser is held every year and is one of our school's biggest fundraising events.

Every October we source our mangoes direct from the grower in QLD, and have them delivered straight to our school as soon as the crop is ready in December. It doesn’t get much fresher than that!

Pallets of MangoesAs one of our biggest, most popular, and probably yummiest fundraising events, we’d love you to get behind it – and here’s a few tips how…

Share the mango love - let your family, co-workers, friends and neighbours know they can also enjoy farm fresh mangoes by ordering a tray from you as well (just add them to the mango list overpage).

Reap the mango rewards - The family that sells the most trays will receive a $100 gift voucher from Stonemans Bookroom.

Get those mango recipes ready!

Mangoes should be stored at room temperature in a shaded or air-conditioned area – Ideally 18 – 25°c until they ripen.
It is IMPORTANT NOT TO refrigerate until they begin to soften & smell sweet & ready to eat.
Mangoes should be stored at 20°c until they are ready to eat. They should then be placed in the refrigerator where they will keep for another 7 to 10 days.

If you don’t have time to eat them all, try freezing the pulp. It is great for using in smoothies, jams or desserts throughout the year.
